After a stint in advertising and marketing, building mostly digital things, I started working in education in 2013.  This began in a very informal space at Austin Tinkering School and slowly evolved into more formal spaces like developing STEM camps and eventually landing at Ann Richards School for Young Women Leaders, managing the Makespace. This has been a dream job, the students and staff are brilliant and the variety of my day is perfect. I tinker, help students and teachers design projects, fix things, build things, and generally laugh and smile a lot.
